Edmonton police are investigating after a man’s body was found near Government House Park just after noon Tuesday.
Police said the body was found near a riverbank south of Government House Park, in the area of 99 Avenue and Groat Road.
The deceased was found by a passerby at about 12:40 p.m. Tuesday.
The age of the deceased male has not been determined, police said – and an autopsy had not been scheduled as of Tuesday afternoon.
