2 fires at construction site west of Edmonton under investigation
Police are investigating two deliberately set fires at a construction site at Enoch Cree Nation.
At 9:13 p.m. on Dec. 2, two people entered the River Cree Medical Centre construction site on Winterburn Road with gas cans.
They set fire to a heating system and left the scene.
Police believe they crossed Winterburn Road and went into the West Granville Centre shopping complex.

The fire was extinguished quickly, but caused about $10,000 in damage.
On Dec. 11 an arsonist drove a stolen white Ram pickup truck into a construction trailer at the site and lit it on fire.
The arsonist left the truck at the scene of the fire and left the area in a white car.
