ATCO natural gas line break affects 700 customers

ATCO says about 700 customers in St. Albert were affected by a natural gas outage after a line was broken on Tuesday.

According to the company, a main line near St. Albert Trail and Gate Avenue was hit around noon.

There were no reports of injuries.

However, more than 700 properties would be without gas supply until 8:30 p.m., ATCO estimated.
