Bank robber flees on bicycle, police seeking witnesses
Police have released footage of a man wanted in connection with an armed robbery at a bank in south Edmonton last month.
According to police, a masked man with a gun robbed a bank near Parsons Road and Ellerslie Road just before 6 p.m. on Dec. 27.
After the robbery, the man headed west on a bicycle. Police believe he was later picked up by a vehicle on the east side of Gateway Boulevard, just north of the Ellerslie Road overpass.
Drivers who were in the area around that time are being asked to check their dashcam footage.
