Edmonton police are investigating a suspicious death in a north side home; it's the second time Homicide Unit detectives have been called to the address in less than a week.
Northwest Division officers were called to the home on 112 Avenue and 94 Street at about 2 p.m. Monday.
EPS said since then, Homicide Unit detectives had been called to the scene.
The investigation is in its early stages, police said, and no further official details were available.
An autopsy has not yet been scheduled.
This suspicious death came five days after a man was shot and killed in a common area of the house – the deceased was later identified as Nexhmi “Nick” Nuhi, 76. Police confirmed an autopsy had determined he died of a gunshot wound.
Nuhi’s death is Edmonton’s 35th homicide of 2017.
