Days after police were called to a rural home near Beaumont, and started investigating the death of a man who was found dead inside.
RCMP said the Major Crimes Unit charged Gordon Robinson, 32, of Leduc, with first degree murder in the death of Ryan Ross, 34, also of Leduc.
Officers were first called to Leduc County home Monday, after it was reported an unresponsive male was inside. Paramedics were also called – but Ross was pronounced dead at the scene.
The RCMP Major Crimes Unit investigated – and Robinson was arrested without incident in Edmonton on Wednesday, April 27.
He’s scheduled to appear in court May 5, RCMP said no other suspects are being sought in this investigation.
