A man is recovering, after the motorcycle he was riding hit a moose on the northwest stretch of Anthony Henday Drive Tuesday night.
Officials said the collision happened between 127 Street and Campbell Road just after 10 p.m. Tuesday.
The affected roadway had to be shut down for a few hours.
Police told CTV News the man was seriously hurt, but was conscious and able to speak to investigators on the scene.
