Police is warning the public about Curtis Poburan, a convicted sexual offender with a high risk to commit another offence against someone under the age of 16 in the Edmonton area.
Poburan will be on probation with the following conditions:
- He must refrain from engaging or attempting to engage in any activity with anyone under 16
- Must not possess child pornography
- Must not be within 50 metres of places where children under 16 are expected to be present
- Must not enter a residence where a child under 16 is, unless other adults are present
- Must not work or volunteer in a position of trust or authority over children under 16
- Must not possess firearms, including replica firearms or pellet guns
