Wood Buffalo RCMP are investigating after the body of a woman was found in downtown Fort McMurray on Saturday.
Police say they were called to the King Street area of downtown Fort McMurray on Saturday to assist emergency crews, after the body of a woman was discovered.
Emergency crews were first alerted by a passerby who found the body while walking his dog.
Investigators are looking into the circumstances and cause of the woman’s death.
