Police say the leads they've received on the disappearance of 21-year-old Dylan Koshman haven't helped them learn what happened to him since he vanished nearly one year ago.

"We know he was last seen leaving the rear of the residence and after that that's about it. There's been no activity on his cellphone, after a certain time no activity on his bank account and as far as we know, no one's seen him since," said Const. Sean Jenkinson with Edmonton police.

Several search attempts have been made since Koshman went missing from his home on Oct. 11, 2008 near 104th Street and 33rd Avenue, but they have all been unsuccessful.

Koshman was last seen walking away from his home wearing only shoes, jeans and a dark-coloured coat. His friends said he had been drinking and they got into an argument and they asked him to leave.

Dylan Koshman is described as:

  • 5'9" tall.
  • 190 lbs.
  • Last seen wearing a dark T-shirt and jeans.
  • Has scars on his left cheek and eyebrow.

Anyone with information on Koshman's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers 1-800-222-TIPS.

To date, the Edmonton Police Service has over 80 missing person files.
