RCMP have been investigating after the body of a 17-year-old was discovered near Maskwacis.
Officials said the teen was located around 4:30 p.m. Saturday in an open field near the community.
Although they confirmed he was a member of the Maskwacis community no further details were released.
Investigators have not determined a cause of death but said there was no evidence to suggest it was foul play.
An autopsy has been scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday.
