Travis Edward Vader is scheduled to be in an Edmonton courtroom for the next five weeks to face trial for first degree murder.
Vader is charged in the deaths of Lyle and Marie McCann. The elderly couple disappeared after leaving St Albert on a camping trip in July of 2010. Their camper trailer was later found burned out near Edson and their bodies have never been found.
Vader has pleaded not guilty to the charges of first degree murder.
