Man found fatally injured in McCauley apartment building lobby: EPS

Homicide detectives are now investigating after a man was found fatally injured in a central Edmonton apartment building.

Officers were dispatched around 5:30 a.m. Saturday to the McCauley area complex, near 97 Street and 109A Avenue, for reports of the critically injured man found in the lobby.

By the time paramedics and police arrived, the man had died, officials said.

An autopsy is yet to be scheduled.
