Police in northern Alberta are investigating, after a man was found dead Wednesday night.
At about 9 p.m. Wednesday, Grande Prairie Rural RCMP were called on reports that shots had been fired in an area south of the city.
Police searched the area, and found a deceased male in a wooded area.
Officers have since contacted the Major Crimes Unit from RCMP K-Division to help in the investigation.
No other details on the case were available.
