The Edmonton Eskimos confirmed the unclaimed 50/50 jackpot would carry over to their next home game.

On Tuesday, the Eskimos organization said the team had applied to the Alberta Gaming and Liquor Commission, to have the $82,060 jackpot roll over into a future 50/50 jackpot.

Earlier in the week, it wasn’t clear which game the jackpot would carry over to, and on Thursday, officials confirmed the jackpot would be added to the 50/50 winnings at their game on July 14.

The last time a jackpot carried over was in July 2014, when $71,732 in unclaimed winnings was added to a jackpot that reached $348,534 – Connor Croken, who was 20-years-old at the time, won the draw.
