A 39-year-old is accused of second-degree murder after the body of a man was found under a pile of snow in a central Edmonton neighbourhood last week.

Gary Joseph Gladue is the latest to face charges in the death of 32-year-old Christopher Allen Pirie.

34-year-old David Cameron Cardinal and 54-year-old Robert Fontaine are also accused of second-degree murder, with the older man also facing charges of offering an indignity to a dead body and possession of a weapon.

Pirie's body was discovered in an alley just west of 82 Street and 114th Avenue on Friday January 28th. Police have not disclosed the cause of death.
