Edmonton police said the Homicide Section is investigating, after a woman was found dead in an apartment Wednesday afternoon.
Police said officers were called to an apartment in the area of 110 Avenue and 84 Street at about 3:30 p.m. Wednesday to help paramedics.
Reports indicated a woman’s body was found inside an apartment suite. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The EPS Homicide Section is investigating. An autopsy has been scheduled for Thursday afternoon.
