Police have found a missing 15-year-old boy just a few blocks from his home, hours after the public was asked to help locate the boy.

Oakley Chase Horyn, 15, was found five blocks from his home Saturday afternoon, after he walked away from his residence near Millwoods Road East and 23rd Avenue at about 10 a.m.

Police were concerned for Oakley's safety since he functions at the level of a 5-year-old child and also suffers from severe epilepsy.

Oakley was found unharmed and is now in the safety of his home.

The boy parent's say he is under constant supervision and police say it was unusual for him to walk away from his home.
