A collector’s favourite, the Pop Culture Fair made its bi-annual appearance at the Aviation Museum Sunday.

With about 200 venders, attendees said it was the place for collectors.

“I must have spent about 50 or 60 bucks on DVDs and CDs and second hand goods,” Kellen Kennedy smiled.

“It is a one-stop, all-in-one collector destination.”

It is also the place to be seen, costumer designer Kristen Welker said.

“It’s always good to come out and promote the company.

“Dressing up, walking around, being nerdy,” she laughed.

Some said they could even see the event expanding.

“They need a bigger vender next time. They have such a great turnout,” Roberta Coulson told CTV News.

The Fair has been a fan favourite for over a decade and is touted as one of the biggest shows of its kind in Western Canada.

“If you can’t find what you are looking for here there are tons of people that can point you in the direction where you can find it,” Kennedy said.

The next Pop Culture Fair will be held in the fall.
