Police are on the lookout for a suspect, a man in his 20s, who is wanted in connection to a jewelry store robbery that took place on Monday evening.

According to police, a man entered the jewelry store located in West Edmonton Mall during the supper hour on Monday, January 9.

He reportedly began looking at watches, and asked to look at a Rolex watch.

The suspect allegedly then tried to run away again, and a clerk attempted to stop him again – at this point it's alleged the suspect made a threatening gesture towards the clerk, and ran away.

Police arrived a short time later, and attempted to find the suspect, but were not successful.
