Grande Prairie RCMP have charged a man, after another man was found stabbed earlier this week.
RCMP said on Monday, December 23, officers and emergency crews were called to a downtown housing complex on reports of an injured man,
When officers arrived, they found the man suffering with what appeared to be a severe stab wound to his neck – he was taken to hospital for treatment, where he remains in serious condition.
Police arrested one man without incident at the scene, now Cory Haddock, 23, with attempted murder and possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose.
He remains in custody, and will make his first court appearance December 30.
