EDMONTON -- Pet owners gathered at the Belgravia dog park for a special blessing.

Pets of all shapes, sizes and breeds were blessed by a reverend from St. George’s Anglican Church.

The Blessing of the Animals also happens to fall on World Animal Day.

Following the dog blessings, several horses down at the Whitemud Equine Centre were also blessed.
