An Edmonton man is facing several charges after a seven-month undercover operation found that he was allegedly using his position as a driving instructor in an attempt to get his female driving students to work in one of his two massage parlours.

Vishva Juneja, 63, an instructor with Alberta Defensive Driving School has been criminally charged with two counts of keeping a common bawdy house, three counts of procuring and three counts of living off the avails.

Juneja, the owner of Alberta Defensive Driving School, had his business license revoked along with his driving instructor license.

Police executed search warrants at Juneja's two businesses; Hustlers Men's Massage on 106 Ave. and 105 St. and Just For Men on 101 St. and 107 Ave.

"Both are downtown massage parlours which according to our investigations front for common bawdy houses," said Edmonton Police Spokesperson Karen Carlson.

The owner of the building where Hustlers used to operate let CTV News into the suite.

Inside were two rooms with three beds and on the table sat three driver handbooks and information sheets on how the ladies should do business.  The owner said he was happy to finally have Juneja out of his building.

The joint forces undercover operation involving the Edmonton Police Service's Vice Section, Service Alberta's Special Investigations Unit and Alberta Transportation began in December 2007.

The city of Edmonton has also received recommendations to have Juneja's business license for the massage parlours revoked as well.

Juneja is scheduled to appear in provincial court in Edmonton on Monday morning.
