Homicide detectives are investigating a suspicious death in northwest Edmonton this weekend.
Police officers and fire crews were called out to a blaze near 121 Avenue and 123 Street around 10:40 p.m. Friday.
After the fire was contained, a man was found severely injured inside the home. He was treated on scene but died in hospital shortly after 11 p.m.
Police say he man’s death is considered suspicious.
An autopsy has not yet been scheduled.
