A CTV movie about one of the darkest days in Alberta was a big winner at the Alberta Film and Television Industry Awards Saturday.
Mayerthorpe won three Rosies, including awards for best made of TV movie, best actor and best drama screenwriting.
Presenters handed out 55 awards for a number of categories including TV documentaries and music videos.
The award show, considered to the Oscars for Alberta, is held by the Alberta Motion Picture Industries Association.
