Emergency crews aid motorists in the second Grande Prairie flooding this month.
Several downtown streets are under water in the area of 92 Street and 100 Avenue. CTV Meteorologist Cory Edel said 20 mm of rain fell by midnight and light showers continued to fall Monday morning.
On August 2, flooding forced several road closures and temporarily suspended some transit services after another storm brought heavy rain to the area.
