Edmonton police say the pedestrian struck by a vehicle in the downtown area Wednesday night is in hospital with a broken arm and leg, but no life threatening injuries.
It happened on 111 Avenue between 101 Street and 102 Street shortly before 6 p.m.
Police say alcohol not a factor in Wednesday night collision. They believe the pedestrian struck in the downtown area was jaywalking at the time.
EPS continues to investigate.
