Late Wednesday evening, officials issued a mandatory evacuation order for residents living in the High Level area, due to an industrial fire nearby.
Just after 5 p.m. officials issued the first mandatory evacuation order for rural residents living south of High Level, between Bushe Reserve and Highway 35.
Officials said an out of control fire was burning in the Norburd Yard.
