RCMP in central Alberta are asking for the public’s help in identifying the possible owner of a unique piece of drug paraphernalia, found at the scene of a New Year’s Day sexual assault.

Red Deer RCMP said the incident occurred in downtown Red Deer at about 5:15 a.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 1 – when it’s alleged the male suspect assaulted a woman.

The male suspect is described as:

  • Caucasian
  • Mid-20s
  • Light brown hair

At the time of the assault it’s believed he was wearing blue jeans and a black winter coat.

On Tuesday, Police released a photo of a unique, elephant shaped marijuana pipe, which police said was left at the scene by the male suspect.
