A 12-year-old girl was walking home from school in Sherwood Park when police say a man in a pickup truck pulled up and told her to get in.
On Monday just after 3:30 p.m. the female was approached while walking on Evergreen Street by an unknown male driving a white truck. The truck is described as an older white truck with a bright blue swirl emblem on the side and a grey-white strip along the bottom.
The male is described to be Caucasian in his mid-thirties and wearing a red and white “trucker style” hat.
