RCMP said Thursday that a Beaumont man reported missing Tuesday evening, was found deceased near Nisku.
Beaumont RCMP said at about 7:30 a.m., Leonard Labonte, 82, was found dead on a remote service road north of Nisku.
He was found near his vehicle in an area with no known connection to him.
Police said Labonte was found by a worker from a nearby industrial park.
His specific cause of death has not been determined, but RCMP said there are no indications of foul play.
Investigators are determining the exact cause of death, and it’s not known if the medical status of the deceased is a factor in his death.
