The value of Edmonton homes for sale has dropped once again.
The average price of a single-family home in February was just over $347,000, a drop of $5,000 from January.
Condo prices also saw a drop, falling to just under $227,000, down over $11,000 from January.
The Realtors Association of Edmonton said listing activity is on the rise as homeowners are entering the market in anticipation of spring activity.
The sales-to-listing ratio was 40 per cent and there were 7,097 homes in the inventory on February 28.
