Police in Ontario, Ohio say they're looking for a woman who was captured on camera stealing a stuffed animal from a child's grave.
The child, Hayden “Tank” Cole Sheridan, died in 2007 and his parents say toys and solar night lights have been taken from the 14-month-old's gravesite ever since.
Hayden's parents first contacted police in 2012 and a hidden camera was subsequently set up near the gravestone. While the footage showed a number of items disappear from the site, authorities were unable to capture a clear image of the suspect.
On April 19, a day before Easter, the surveillance footage clearly captured a woman taking a yellow stuffed duck from Hayden's gravestone approximately four to five hours after the family had placed the animal at the site.
Ontario Police posted the footage on their Facebook page in hopes of identifying the woman.
"The family wants the person who did this to be held accountable, however they recognize that this person is probably not responsible for all of thefts from 'Tank's' gravesite," police wrote on the Facebook post. "Most of all, the family just wants some assurance that they can leave a night light and a stuffed animal at their son’s grave without someone stealing it."
The surveillance footage was posted on April 22 and has since been shared more than 4,000 times.
Investigators are asking anyone who recognizes the woman to contact police.
