Edmonton police said an autopsy had confirmed a man found dead in the city’s northeast Tuesday morning is the victim of homicide.
The man’s body was found in the area of 118 Avenue and 37 Street Tuesday, at about 4:30 a.m.
On Wednesday, EPS said the deceased had been identified as Spiros Jerry Tziklas, 50, of Edmonton, and an autopsy confirmed he had died from a stab wound.
The Homicide Unit is investigating.
