This was the most macabre, heartbreaking, and bizarre museum I have ever been to. The War Remnants Museum is in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) on the Vietnam war.

One section focuses on Agent Orange. Americans used the toxic herbicide to deforest the dense vegetation where Viet Cong took cover.

In this section of the building, oddly painted orange, gruesome photos of children affected by the chemicals covered the walls. Deformed fetuses, products of parents in the sprayed areas, are on display in vats of formaldehyde.

American atrocities are told in detail accompanied by photos of dead civilians, maimed children, and disembodied prisoners. However, anyone with a grasp on the history of the brutal war knows this museum only tells half the story - the victors.
