Wow. At times today I thought we were building a water park instead of a playground. It poured rain today. The crew and I were modeling the newest model in garbage bags to keep dry. But despite the weather, we are a day ahead.
That is due to the 15 plus Vietnamese volunteers. The women were wearing the garbage bags and some even had high heels. They worked hard. And the men...many of whom were barefoot...were industrious. At some points they knew how to assemble certain parts better than us. Without them we would not be as far ahead. This was an empty field before we got our hands on it.
We are ahead by one day. You know that means? We have an extra shopping day. Ha-ha!
