Police have laid charges in the city's most recent homicide.
Steve Heer, 26, has been charged with second-degree murder.
Witnesses told CTV News the victim, 59-year-old Mohan Heer and Steve Heer were having an argument late Thursday night, and it ended when Steve Heer ran over the victim twice with an SUV.
Police have not yet confirmed the relationship between the two men, however witnesses and neighbours have told CTV News they were father and son.
Neighbours said the pair had just started working together in the family business.
Steve Heer will make his first court appearance Monday morning.
