Hours after police west of Edmonton asked for the public’s help in tracking down a man wanted for sexual offences dating back to mid-June, officers said that man turned himself in to police.
Spruce Grove/Stony Plain RCMP said they were on the lookout for Trevor John Dean, 26, Wednesday – he was wanted on warrants for three counts of committing an indecent act.
It’s alleged the incidents took place June 19 and 20, at two bars in Spruce Grove – in the first incident it’s believed he approached a waitress after she left from her evening shift, and demanded her phone number.
She at first refused before giving him the phone number out of fear – after that he started texting her and sent her a video of himself masturbating.
The next day, its alleged Dean went to the same bar during the day, and approached a waitress with his penis hanging out of his shorts – later on; he went to another Spruce Grove bar, where he tried to leave with a drink.
As a waitress tried to stop him, his penis was exposed.
Police said he had been evading police since June 20 – but he turned himself in to police Wednesday.
