The Edmonton Medical Examiner has identified the man who was killed in a north Edmonton neighborhood October 7.
Edmonton police and emergency crews responded to the Rapperswill neighborhood, near 171 Avenue and 126 Street at approximately 7:30 a.m.
Investigators believe that 30 year-old Phu Phan was shot and killed while sitting in a vehicle parked on the driveway of a house.
Inspector Regan James told CTV Edmonton last Friday that police are searching for a mid-2000s dark blue Dodge Caravan minivan as a possible suspect vehicle.
This is Edmonton's 35th homicide of the year.
