Chicken Ranch

  • 5 cups cooked rotini pasta tri -colored
  • 1 cup chopped chicken
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • salt and pepper to taste

Quinoa -Kale

  • 6 cups baby kale
  • 2 cups cooked quinoa
  • 1 cup julienne cut peppers (a variety of colors)
  • 1/4 Asian dressing

Mexican Pasta

  • 6 cups gemelli or radiatori
  • 1 tin kernal corn drained
  • 2 cups fresh salsa (red onions, variety of peppers, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, roma tomatoes)
  • 1/4 cup sliced black olives
  • 1/2 cup thinly slice avocado
  • 1/4 cup thinly slice red onion moons
  • 1/4 cup fresh sour cream

BLT Pasta

  • 6 cups fusilli
  • 2 cups chopped fried bacon
  • 1 cup freshly chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup chopped leak ends
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cream or whole milk
  • salt and pepper to taste
