Chicken Ranch
- 5 cups cooked rotini pasta tri -colored
- 1 cup chopped chicken
- 1/4 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- salt and pepper to taste
Quinoa -Kale
- 6 cups baby kale
- 2 cups cooked quinoa
- 1 cup julienne cut peppers (a variety of colors)
- 1/4 Asian dressing
Mexican Pasta
- 6 cups gemelli or radiatori
- 1 tin kernal corn drained
- 2 cups fresh salsa (red onions, variety of peppers, garlic, lime juice, cilantro, roma tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/2 cup thinly slice avocado
- 1/4 cup thinly slice red onion moons
- 1/4 cup fresh sour cream
BLT Pasta
- 6 cups fusilli
- 2 cups chopped fried bacon
- 1 cup freshly chopped tomatoes
- 1 cup chopped leak ends
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cream or whole milk
- salt and pepper to taste
