Edmonton police have confirmed the death of a man who was found in an east side hotel suite is one of the city’s most recent homicides.

On Saturday, March 26, at about 9 a.m., officers were called to a hotel in the area of 34 Street and 118 Avenue – when they arrived, police found a 36-year-old man dead in one of the suites.

An autopsy was completed Tuesday, March 29, and the Edmonton Medical Examiner determined Jeremy Randall Nattress was stabbed to death.

The Homicide Unit is still investigating.
