One person is dead after being hit by a train west of our city.
The victim was struck and killed by a westbound train in Spruce Grove at around 12:30 Thursday afternoon.
CN rail said it happened about one kilometre east of a train crossing on Highway 16A and Century Road.
The victim is believed to be between 18 and 25 years old. He had no I.D on him so police are continuing to investigate to find out his identity and notify his family.
