Strawberry Peach & Blood Orange Mixed Green Salad
Serves 4
Ingredients:
- 4 cups mixed green salad leaves
- 12 fresh strawberries, sliced
- 2 ripe, juicy peaches, sliced
- 1/2 large cucumber, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 4 tbsp. ricotta cheese
- Oliv Blood Orange Olive Oil
- Oliv Strawberry Peach Balsamic Vinegar
Directions:
Lay mixed greens out on individual serving plates and top equally with strawberries, peaches, cucumber and ricotta. Drizzle with Oliv Blood Orange Olive Oil and Strawberry Peach Balsamic Vinegar. Season with sea salt and fresh ground pepper.
