Hungry minds need to eat breakfast. For school kids, breakfast really is an important way to start the day. Why? Research shows kids who eat breakfast are more likely to be focused and ready-to-learn than those who skip breakfast. Add healthy breakfasts to your back-to-school list with Emily Burt's recipe for Nutty-Nana Roll-Ups.
